1. Applicable to all entities

1.2. Website Purpose: QRMENU provides a digital menu and solution for registered restaurant owners to enable their customers to display and navigate the digital menu using their smart phones.
1.3. Terms Validity: In its sole discretion and without liability, QRMENU may terminate these Terms of Use and all Services at any time with immediate effect. However, QRMENU will announce such measures by notice on the website, email or to you. These terms and conditions supersede all previous terms.
1.4. Changes: QRMENU reserves the right to ask you to confirm an amended version of these Terms of Use.
1.5. Personal data collected and/or processed through this website: Personal data will be collected and processed in connection with the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy to clearly understand how we collect, use, protect or otherwise process your personal information.
1.6. Intellectual Property: This website and its original content, features and functionality are owned by QRMENU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
1.7. Trademarks: All trademarks and logos displayed on the Website are registered trademarks of third parties. No trademark or insignia displayed on the Website may be used without the written permission of the owner or user.
2. Our Services
2.1. By using our website/app, restaurant customers (ordinary users) can directly access the menu of a registered store (restaurant, coffee bar, self-service, takeaway, hotel, etc.) and navigate directly and without to wait, by simply scanning a QR code with their smart phones.
2.2. When you enter our website to register, you should notice the difference between three (4) modes: a) free trial, b) typical business trial, c) corporate (for chains) trial d) affiliate account. All four (4) modes have some limitations depending on the number of stores (i.e. the number of brunches the business has), the number of locations they can support (i.e. the number of tables, the number of hotel rooms , the daily pageviews, etc. .), the number of menu views per month. MENURIO can offer a package to work properly, but it is the responsibility of the shop owners to choose the mode that is more suitable for their shops.
2.3. When registering a new establishment, QRMENU will provide the application based on the mode you have selected and create a dedicated website for each registered establishment.
2.4. Registered stores can use our menu management service platform, it is the responsibility of store owners to build and manage their store catalog, product price list and keep their store catalog always updated.
2.5. QRMENU itself does not provide any food or beverages, nor does it operate any of the registered stores. QRMENU is not responsible for the products and services of the Restaurants.
2.6. Customers (ordinary users) are not obliged to use the platform, they can access the MENU of the establishments through the WEB.
2.7. All services provided to customers by registered Stores are not part of these Terms of Use. Therefore, QRMENU is not responsible for the quality of services provided to customers by the registered Stores. (eg: image quality, image licenses, product titles, product descriptions, trademark, etc.). Only store owners are responsible for MENU content and content management.
2.8. This service is provided by QRMENU to customers (ordinary users) free of charge. Therefore, QRMENU is not responsible for additional requirements provided by the store owners.
2.9. QRMENU is not responsible for any use of logos, images, photos, texts made in the store catalogs by the store owners. In case of copyright infringement, responsibility for its implementation lies with the store manager.
